How much rope will I need for a rope halter?
There's not one simple answer. It depends a lot on skill, and of course the size on the halter. Below are some lengths which are ONLY a guide — you may need more or less rope than this.
If the halter has the same measurements as those from Requine Rope, it's recommended to buy the following amounts of rope for one halter:
X-mini, mini, shet & pony: 5 meters
Cob, full, x-full & xx-full: 6 meters
The rope is sold by the meter. That means that putting one unit in the cart is 1 meter of cut-off rope. If you out X units in the cart, you will get X units of continuous rope.
NB: Because all screens are different, it is not guaranteed that the colour on the rope as seen on your screen matches the exact colour of the rope in real life.
Rope with different diameter width with the same names are same colour in real life, even if the pictures look different.
