Prices
At Requine Rope all prices are in DKK, and payed in DKK. We reserve the right to make day-to-day changes in the prices without prior consent.
Payment
Requine Rope modtager betaling med PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay og Google Pay. Betalingen vil blive trukket på din konto, når ordren er godkendt, og altså before varerne bliver sendt. Alle danske beløb er i DKK. Der tages forbehold for prisfejl og udsolgte/udgåede varer.
Right of complaint
There is a 2 year right of complaint referring to the Danish Sales of Goods Act.
Our right of complaint extends to defects in material and/or fabrication.
You can get the goods repaired, exchanged, refunded, or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. Right of complaints does not extend to defects upon wrong handling or use of the product.
You must complain in “decent time” after noticing deficiencies.
Requine Rope will cover shipping costs to a reasonable extent. Upon return and complaints, send to:

Refund
If there is to be a refund, please send bank information in form of IBAN, so the discussed amount can be refunded.
This information can, without risk, be informed by mail or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to make the refund.
Right of revocation
Da produkterne hos Requine Rope laves på bestilling og er personlige ift. størrelse, farve og detaljer, og kategoriseres som “speciallavede”, frafalder fortrydelsesretten jævnfør §18, stk 3 i kapitel 4 i “Lov om Forburgeraftaler”: https://www.retsinformation.dk/eli/lta/2013/1457.
Der findes ingen dansk lovgivning der angiver, at en kunde har ret til at annullere en ordre inden afsendelse. Det er derfor ikke muligt at annullere din ordre.
Produktionstid
Fordi produkterne er speciallavede, skelnes mellem “produktionstid” og “leveringstid”. Produktionstid er den tid det tager fra ordren bekræftes, til den sendes. Denne vil fremgå af banneret i bunden af hjemmesiden og på ordrebekræftelsen, og varierer.
Leveringstiden er den tid det tager for fragtfirmaet at levere pakken, efter den er sendt af Requine Rope. Denne vil afhænge af det valgte fragtfirma.
Returns
Even though the right of revocation does not apply to the products of Requine Rope, we offer a partly refund, where up to 50% of the purchase can be refunded, in the case the goods are completely unused.
You must return the order without unnecessary delay, and at latest 14 days after receiving the order.
You must pay shipping upon return. By returning, you are responsible for packing the goods properly. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
You carry the risk for the goods from the time of delivery and until we receive it. Shipment sent by COD will not be accepted.
Condition of goods upon return
Varen skal være uden fejl og mangler, dvs. alle knuder, reb- og metaldele skal være intakte, uden ridser, skrammer, snavs, hår o.l. Det anbefales at du rengør din hest med fx en vådserviet, hvis du skal teste en størrelse, da beskidte varer ikke refunderes.
If the goods are tried on or used extending the above described, it will be declared as used. In that case, you will get less or no refund, depending on the commercial value upon time of the return. This is to be determined by Requine Rope.
Reimbursement
Upon regret of purchase, you can get a partial refund, as described in “returns”.
If you regret your purchase of an item, and choose a partial refund, the goods must be shipped to Requine Rope, where the condition of the goods, and thereby the refund amount, will be determined. Shipping to be paid by buyer.
Reimbursement is made with the same means of payment as used at original transaction unless you specifically state otherwise. We withhold the refund until the return of the goods have arrived.
Pick up
Requine Rope ikke har en fysisk butik. Afhenting på Nørrebro er muligt efter skriftlig aftale.
