What does shipping cost?<\/h6>\n

Shipping costs depend on which carrier you prefer. Parcels within Denmark are shipped with Bring, dao or GLS:<\/p>\n

NB: in November and December, carriers often add a fee due to high demand. Therefore, shipping may be a few DKK more in this period. Applies only to orders under 899 DKK.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All products are handmade specifically for you \u2014 from scratch. Depending on the product, it takes around 2 and 8 hours to produce each item, so if you've placed a large order, production time will likely be larger than for a small one, however this is not\u00a0always\u00a0<\/em>the case,<\/p>\n

There are possibly others who ordered before you, which can make the waiting time a bit longer. O<\/span>rders are produced in the order they've been placed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At the bottom of the website and at checkout there's a banner stating the current estimated production time. This does NOT apply to DIY products like loose rope, which has a processing time of 2-4 weekdays.<\/p>\n

Delivery time for parcels sent with Bring<\/strong> is 1-2 days.<\/p>\n

Delivery time for parcels sent with dao<\/strong> is 2-4 days.<\/p>\n

Delivery time for parcels sent with GLS<\/strong> is 1-3 weekdays.<\/p>\n

So, you can expect parcels within Denmark to be delivered to your address\/parcel shop: current production time (or processing time for DIY products) + 1-4 workdays after placing the order.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Requine Rope is owned and run by a single person. I'm responsible for everything it takes to keep the business up and running while studying 40+ hours a week on the side. So it's unfortunately limited how much time I have to make orders, which is the reason for the production times being much longer than I want. I'm really doing my best to get it all done, but that's why things are moving so slow.<\/p>\n

If you live nearby, you're welcome to pick up your order at Inner N\u00f8rrebro (2200)<\/strong>, if you want to save on shipping. Choose \"pick up\" at checkout, and write info@requinerope.dk<\/a> to get the address (otherwise I will contact you when the order is ready for pick-up). You will get a message a few days before the order is ready for pick-up, then we'll find a time that suits both of us :)\u00a0<\/p>\n

Because I'm usually at school during working hours, pick-up will typically be possible in the afternoon or evening, or on weekends.<\/p>\n

If you arrive by car, it's usually hard to find a parking spot, however it is possible to pull over shortly (the road is small and not busy) right in front of the door. Due the products at Requine Rope being made especially for you after your wishes, the right of revocation is withdrawn. That means you can't get your money back if you e.g. choose the wrong size, or don't like the colour.<\/p>\n

This also<\/strong> applies to \"cut-off\" products, i.e. rope ordered by the meter, but not<\/strong> varer som hverken er h\u00e5ndlavede eller afkap, fx metalringe.<\/p>\n

However, I choose to arrange the return policy so that you can get up to 50% of the amount back on products where right of revocation is withdrawn.<\/p>\n

If the product has a defect before<\/em> it has been used, e.g. broken rope or a loose seam, you of course have right to get the product replaced. Contact me on mail if this happens.<\/p>\n

New rules from Visa and Mastercard result in transaction only being reserved for a maximum of 31 days before the transaction is canceled. This means that I would have a maximum of 21 business days to process your orders \u2014 which is rarely possible, unless I closed for orders regularly, which would be annoying for both you and I. Therefore, the payment is captured in advance, so that I can ensure that the shop stays open even during busy periods, with the condition that the production time is slightly longer. The production time is always stated on the banner on the website and at the bottom of your order confirmation.<\/p>\n

It is not<\/strong> stated in the Danish law that a customer has the right to cancel an online purchase before the order has been shipped. When you click \u201cconfirm and proceed to payment\u201d you are making a binding agreement with the seller. Because the products at Requine Rope are custom-made, the right of withdrawal is waived. It is therefore not possible to cancel your order.<\/p>\n

If you want to change something about your order (e.g. a different color or size), I may<\/strong> be able to accommodate it if I have not started your order yet. Contact me by email or social media to discuss the possibilities. However, I cannot guarantee to meet your wishes if, for example, a color is out of stock or I'm alreadyworking on\/finished with one or more product(s).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

It is possible to place an order with many products, but then some slightly different conditions apply. In such cases, it won't be possible for me to meet production times, and a new time estimate will be given based on the individual order. In addition, it may require me to buy new rope for the order, which takes a few weeks for the factory to produce.<\/p>\n

Generally, quantity discounts are given on orders above 2500 DKK ex. At Requine Rope, the environment is top priority. That means the products used have the least environmental impact, and at the same time are as good quality as possible.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The rope is made from rPET \u2014 recycled plastic. That means no new plastic is produced in this already strained environment, but instead what already exists is recycled.<\/p>\n

The sewing thread and labels are also made from recycled plastic. That means that all products not containing metal hardware are 100% recycled!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Exclusively stainless steel is used for the hardware \u2014 it's an easily recyclable metal, that lasts for years and years.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the packaging is completely plastic free, and recycled materials are used whenever possible.<\/p>\n

For rope halters and reins, sizes range from x-mini to xx-full.<\/p>\n

For neck ropes without cores, sizes range from XXXS to XXXL, because a horse's head size doesn't always \"fit\" the neck size. (e.g. a horse using size cob in halters win't necessarily fit a \"size cob\" neck rope).<\/p>\n

Neck ropes with cores are available in sizes S, onesize and L.<\/p>\n

Sizes generally fit \"normal\" sizes \u2014 e.g. if your horse uses cob in halters, it should fit a size cob rope halter. If your horse is in between sizes, it is generally recommended choosing the larger size.<\/p>\n

It is the same for reins. You can e.g. measure a pair of reins you already have, and choose length based on this. You can se the length for each size in the products description or the size guide.<\/p>\n

For non-adjustable neck ropes, you'll need to measure your horse to find the right size.<\/p>\n
