At Requine Rope all European prices are in euros. We reserve the right to make day-to-day changes in the prices without prior consent.
Requine Rope accepts payment with PayPal, Mastercard and Visa. The payment will only be deducted from you bank account when the goods have been shipped. All non- danish prices are in euro. Reservations are made for incorrect prices and goods that are out of stock/discontinued.
Right of complaint
There is a 2 year right of complaint referring to the Danish Sales of Goods Act.
Our right of complaint extends to defects in material and/or fabrication.
You can get the goods repaired, exchanged, refunded, or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. Right of complaints does not extend to defects upon wrong handling or use of the product.
You must complain in “decent time” after noticing deficiencies.
Requine Rope will cover shipping costs to a reason- able extent. Upon return and complaints, send to:
Shipment sent by COD will not be accepted.
If there is to be a refund, please send bank information in form of IBAN, so the discussed amount can be refunded.
This information can, without risk, be informed by mail or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to make the refund.
Right of revocation
As the products at Reqiune Rope are made to order, and are personal in regard to size, colour, details etc., the right of revocation will withdraw upon ordering.
Even though the right of revocation does not apply to the products of Requine Rope, we offer a partly refund, where up to 50% of the purchase can be refunded, in the case the goods are completely unused.
You must return the order without unnecessary delay, and at latest 14 days after receiving the order.
You must pay shipping upon return. By returning, you are responsible for packing the goods properly. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
You carry the risk for the goods from the time of delivery and until we receive it. Shipment sent by COD will not be accepted.
Condition of goods upon return
The goods must be without defects and deficiencies. This means that all knots, rope, and metal parts must be without scratches, dirt, hair etc. You can, in other words, try on the goods as if you tried it on in a physical store.
If the goods are tried on or used extending the above described, it will be declared as used. In that case, you will get less or no refund, depending on the commercial value upon time of the return. This is to be determined by Requine Rope.
Upon regret of purchase, you can get a partial refund, as described in “returns”.
If you regret your purchase of an item, and choose a partial refund, the goods must be shipped to Requine Rope, where the condition of the goods, and thereby the refund amount, will be determined. Shipping to be paid by buyer.
Reimbursement is made with the same means of payment as used at original transaction unless you specifically state otherwise. We withhold the refund until the return of the goods have arrived.
It is possible to pick up your order, but only per agreement.
